Frank is a lifetime resident of the mid-Vancouver Island area, living with his family in Mill Bay since 1985. He has offered insurance & financial services here since 1993.
Nickie joined the practice in 2005, after emigrating from England with her family in 2004.
Together we offer an informal local practice, based on the individual needs and wishes of our clients.

Frank is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Life Underwriter. He started with Mutual Life of the Mutual Group, in 1993, and stayed with the company as it became Clarica and later Sun Life. He became an Independent Broker at the end of 2017 in order to achieve more independence and offer a wider variety of products & services to
Frank is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Life Underwriter. He started with Mutual Life of the Mutual Group, in 1993, and stayed with the company as it became Clarica and later Sun Life. He became an Independent Broker at the end of 2017 in order to achieve more independence and offer a wider variety of products & services to his clients.
Frank's clients also benefit from his extensive knowledge and experience gained from his previous 23 years in consumer credit, dealing with financing, mortgaging, budgeting and credit counselling.

Nickie is a Registered Health Underwriter. She originally trained with a Credit Union in England, earning Financial Planning Certificates I II III, from the Chartered Insurance Institute. She has been Frank's Licensed Administration Assistant since 2005, and practiced for 3 years as an advisor.
She is also qualified in Aromatherapy, Reiki
